30+ Years of Salon Business Leadership
I began my journey in the beauty industry in 1991 as a licensed cosmetologist. What started as a passion for serving clients quickly evolved into entrepreneurship.
In 1994, I opened my first salon in the Bronx, New York. That salon later became a successful 24-hour operation and laid the foundation for what would become a multi-location salon career.
Over the years, I owned four salons in New York and one in Orlando, Florida — all of which were successfully sold. Through decades of ownership, leadership, and growth, I developed the systems, strategies, and business discipline necessary to build profitable, sustainable salon businesses.
The Industry Gap
The beauty industry generates billions of dollars annually, yet many salon owners struggle to reach consistent profitability — let alone the million-dollar mark.
